Job Summary:
Our client, a global leader in life sciences, is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join the Specialized Modalities Platform team at their headquarters in Basel. This platform spans multiple global sites and modalities, driving innovation and operational excellence. The internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives, talent programs, and process improvements that shape the future workforce structure of Lonza Specialized Modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support various talent, continuous improvement, and people strategy initiatives within operational HR delivery.
· Provide administrative support for high-visibility programs aimed at designing future talent structures.
· Review, revise, and maintain a wide range of HR-related documentation.
· Assist in preparing and developing presentations for teams, functions, and platform leadership.
· Administer and maintain key data within the HRIS landscape (Workday).
· Perform regular audits of performance data across critical workforce lifecycle moments.
· Provide ad-hoc general and administrative support as needed.
Must Have:
· Studies in Economics, Business Administration, HR, Social Science studies; Data Science exposure a key benefit.
· Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data warehouse and Workday preferred.
· Strong analytical and communication skills.
· Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
· Demonstrated international experience or exposure..
