Our client, a major private bank based in Geneva, is looking for an application support specialist with previous experience in supporting finance, accounting or procurement systems.
Reporting into senior management, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support on a number of key applications and working with the software providers to manage any 3rd line or ad-hoc development support.
As the application owner, you will ensure that all new upgrades and releases are in line with business requirements and appropriate change management processes are followed. Some experience working as a business analyst would be appreciated, but clear communication skills alongside strong documentation management are essential, in addition to the technical skills.
Previous experience of working with financial, procurement or time management applications is expected. Knowledge of MS Dynamics Navision, Coupa, Augeo or other similar systems will be expected alongside solid expertise in SQL and Unix which will be essential for this position.
Fluency in English is essential with French a clear advantage. Due to the urgency of this position, we are only able to accept applications from candidates based in Switzerland or from the EU.
