·Optimizes administrative business and cross business processes and systems in order to create more efficiency and synergies among the various businesses.
·Leads and coordinates all sales and marketing and customer management activities among the team of assistants as directed by the Business Unit Managers
·Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures and performs training needs assessments for identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add in coordination with the BU managers to the businesses
·Determine performance objectives/metrics and define tools to measure progress and ensure consistent achievement of business objectives
·Coordinates and organizes internal and external education and training activities as well as regular meetings.
·Supports Sales / BU Manager in their administrative role and budget/cost center management in cooperation with the other functions like local Finance, CS, HR...).
·Supervisor for all E'cats related activities
·Establishes and updates contracts and agreements in accordance with Business conduct Standards for sponsoring, proctoring and studies.
·Establishes and produces reports requested by the manager/team
·Holds ownership and coordinates quality-related processes such as PIR (Product Information Report), FA (Field Action)
·Coordination and participation in cross-business Marketing projects
·Leads, manages, develops and motivates a high performing administrative team to deliver an excellent sales support to the various businesses
·Ensures high performance by clearly defining team member responsibilities, empowering team members to fulfill their responsibilities, tracking progress, providing feedback, and holding team members responsible for meeting agreed-upon goals.
·Management of cross business Marketing Material -definition of shared Vendors (also for BU specific material) in order to optimize Cost and efficiency
·Handling of company specific tasks (eg. Maintaining Website, organizing Annual Sales Meeting, Christmas Party, etc.)
·Follows applicable Medtronic policies and procedures related to Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance
·Acts according to the Medtronic Code of Conduct and the Business Conduct Standards
· Higher Commercial degree (FH/Bachelor/Masters) and a minimum of 3-5 years experience in an administrative marketing role within an international company
· 3-5 years of leadership experience
· Fluent in French, German and English (both written and orally)
· Very strong computer skills: MS Office, SAP

The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating the Sales and Administrative Assistant Team. She/he is responsible for an efficient and effective organization and coordination of cross business administrative processes and acts as a facilitator between the assistants and the sales team. In particular she/he is responsible for all organizational matters regarding customer education, congresses, symposia as well as internal educational activities. She/he works together with the Country Business Managers, as well as the marketing team in order to coordinate the Assistants business specific sales support.
