The Marketing, Events and Sponsorship department is the creative heart of our company, passionately dedicated to developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies, memorable events and major sponsorship initiatives.
For the new area of lifestyle marketing, which involves marketing for our various business units such as golf, gastronomy, events and sports. We are looking for a strong, team-oriented and communicative leader with international experience.
Your contribution to our success
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates the appeal and global visibility of Andermatt Swiss Alps
- Lead the activation of Andermatt Swiss Alps destination assets, including retail and gastronomy, golf and concert hall through innovative and internationally appealing marketing initiatives
- Technical and personnel management of a team of 2 people
- Oversee the lifestyle marketing budget, strategically allocating resources to achieve marketing goals and ROI targets
- Continuously monitor and report on marketing performance, conducting in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), and adapting strategies to optimize results
- Collaborate closely with key business units, particularly hotel partners, to align marketing efforts, enhance guest experiences, and promote synergy across the destination
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, leveraging various marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
- Act as the primary liaison with third-party destination partners, fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring a unified approach
- Stay well-informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes, integrating relevant insights into marketing strategies
- Cultivate positive relationships with the local community, stakeholders, and relevant organizations, strengthening Andermatt Swiss Alps presence and supporting sustainable growth
What you bring in
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in international destination marketing or a similar role within the travel and hospitality industry or well-founded practice in the international brand segment
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse business units and partners
- Creative thinking and strategic planning abilities
- Familiarity with international markets and consumer behaviour
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1/C2)
