We are looking for an Executive Assistant 80% (m/f/d) who enjoys thinking ahead and finding solutions to potential issues even before the people you support realize there may be a problem. You will primarily support the Head of Taste & Wellbeing. In addition you will support the Regional Commercial Head Taste & Wellbeing and the Division Controller in their daily business.
You will be based in our new Business Center in Kemptthal and report directly to the Head of Taste & Wellbeing.
You will:
- Manage the agenda of all seven Global Operations functions
- Organize meetings globally, clarify travel and visa requirements
- Manage complex schedules across different time zones
- Receive and host internal and external visitors
- Manage administrative processes and suggest and make improvements
- Prepare expense reports and manage invoices and purchasing requests
- Manage Vacation/ Absence
- Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, reports, and agendas
- Develop relationships with main internal/external stakeholders
You have:
- A recognized qualification, diploma level or higher, in the field of commerce or as an Executive assistant
- At least 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant in an international matrix organization
- Business fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Excellent customer focus and priority setting skills
- Willing to go the extra mile
