Our family office is providing legal, financial, accounting and administration services to high net worth individuals, their families and companies.
We are looking for a well qualified and ambitious
Working in Zürich, the successful candidate will be looking after legal aspects of the Swiss entity as well as Group activities diversified across various jurisdictions, in liaison with lawyers in these jurisdictions whenever appropriate; manages relationships with external lawyers and other service providers such as tax consultants and trustees. Furthermore the candidate will be taking care of usual family office matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing contracts, solving corporate issues, analysing and applying Swiss and international regulations;
- Drafting documents and rendering legal advice;
- Working in a team regarding specific projects/businesses, whether in the form of newly established business or restructuring of ongoing business; and
- Liaising with the management and organization of board meetings;
- Updating and keeping track of transaction planners.
Your profile:
- Law diploma; postgraduate diploma of a common law jurisdiction is an asset;
- Commercial approach and international experience;
- Outstanding drafting and excellent communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills; experience abroad is an asset; and
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment;
- Working experience from up to 5 years;
- Office 365, Planner 365.
Languages:
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German, French would be an asset.
The candidate needs to possess a robust and calm approach to the work and the flexibility to excel within a fast-moving international environment. Equally important is the ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly.
