HR account manager for Johnson & Johnson & UCB
The account manager is the primary point of contact for our customer Johnson & Johnson and for the different key account specialists that deliver service, on the various Johnson & Johnson sites in Switzerland and the UCB site in Bulle. The different HR accounts specialists will report to this role. The account manager is overall responsible for the achievement and tracking of critical KPI's in our inhouse-program and proactively manages the workload and inhouse budget. Close collaboration with the process manager is key to ensure that the lean concept is lived and additional services are sold via SMART sales.
analyzing and management of the account: continuous improvement of the service and performance by closely interacting with and advising the customer
Advising the customer regarding how to decrease costs and increase productivity
Continuous analysis of the services standards and proposals for actions on improvement
Organizing quarterly business reviews together with the process manager
Advising regarding extra services that could lead to a better performance
Responsibility for DSO
Close collaboration with the global client solutions team (Randstad enterprise group)
leadership account specialists: coaching and development
Engagement: ensuring communication, transparency, and motivation of the teams on site
Follow-up, evaluation, and adjustment of results on different sites
Evaluation of the competencies and performances of the HR account specialists, with the aim of development
Communication of information and strategy to the teams and leading implementation (strategy, decisions, etc.)
Make the Randstad values live on different sites

Actively support the Randstad tech and touch strategy by making use at it on the employee and customer side
Lead specific project linked with the site or account strategy
What you will need to bring to be successful in this job:
Bachelor degree - or similar level by experience
At least 5 years experience in a similar (on-site) service environment, in key account management, procurement, or inhouse roles
Excellent knowledge of English, German and French
SIX/SIGMA or project management education is an advantage
