Job specification
- Handle various HR inquiries from across the organisation
- Support the HR team on all matters related to HR and serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers across the organisation
- Use of HR information systems to access, enter, and compile data
- Support efficient and accurate personnel management
- Thorough knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, legal risk mitigation and compliance. Collaborate with legal department as needed/required
- Be the point of contact for hiring managers, employees, and other members of the HR team
- Liaise with HR colleagues in the London office (our headquarters) and other locations
- Support the development of HR policies and procedures
- Participate in or lead HR programs and projects
Required profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education combined with a degree in Human Resources (HR Fachfrau/Fachmann) or similar
- Several years of relevant work experience in an international environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Detailed, efficient and structured with administrative tasks
- Demonstrates integrity, respect and professionalism and maintains confidentiality at all times
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
