Senior Rostering Officer (80%)

Your mission:
As a member of our team of Rostering Officer, you will be responsible for the Air Traffic Management employees rostering / planning.
Your responsibilities:
- Autonomous rostering / planning of one or several units thanks to advanced expertise in the use of the rostering tool and in the implementation of the respective rules
- Participation in the change management process for improving the rostering tool
- Coaching and supervising junior and professional rostering staff
- Point of contact for employees, line managers and heads of units for user assistance
- Responsible for respective reporting in the relevant area of the job
- Act as advisor/sparring partner for line managers and the heads of units within in the area of responsibility
What we are looking for:
- Federal Vocational Education and Training in commercial business (EFZ) or equivalent Diploma
- Extended and proven experience in rostering activities / workforce planning with
- Proficiency in the Swiss Labor law, the CLAs and other appropriate regulations (e.g. fatigue management)
- Team player: You give feedback promptly, honestly, and with the aim of achieving a constructive outcome or finding a solution
- Problem Solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
- Credibility & Accountability: You are transparent in your actions, explaining the reasoning behind them, and consistently follow through on your commitments
- Fluency in German and English, French as an asset
