We're hiring!
We're hiring a Global Social Media Manager to lead our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook — and to decide where TikTok and X fit. You'll own Corporate and EMEA channels directly, oversee US channels, and build our consumer audience from the ground up, particularly around Curodont, our flagship treatment.
What you'll do
- Own the global content calendar and publish across all major platforms.
- Co-create executive content with our founders, who are active on social and want a real partner, not a ghostwriter.
- Source and amplify content from KOLs, clinicians and patient advocates.
- Build a B2C audience around Curodont: short-form video, reels, testimonials, community.
- Define and report monthly on the KPIs that matter (reach, growth, engagement, sentiment).
- Write the social media policy with Legal and Regulatory Affairs — and make it stick.
- Partner with US and EMEA marketing, Sales, DSOs and events teams.
What you bring
- 5+ years in social media, ideally with both B2B and B2C exposure.
- Hands-on content skills: copy, reels, short-form video. You can ship without an agency.
- Comfort working in a regulated environment; dental, medtech or health-tech is an asset.
- Experience working closely with executives or founders.
- Fluent English. German helpful but not required.
