SAP Basis System Administration in a Hybrid System Landscape (SAP Public and Private Cloud and SAP R3)
Daily monitoring, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization of all SAP systems
SAP Management of hardware such as printers and scanners
Define and implement compliance guidelines to ensure audit conformity
Execute and monitor release/transport management
Plan, coordinate, and execute updates and patch implementation
Release changes, system and client copies, support packages, and kernel updates in collaboration with external service providers
Handle incidents, service requests, and SAP change requests
Participate in various SAP / IT projects
