Job Description
To support our growing Digital Upskilling and AI Enablement agenda,we'relooking for a motivated, curious, and hands-on student to join our team. This is not a "watch from the sidelines"role,you will actively contribute to shaping how digital tools and AI are rolled out, communicated, and adopted across the firm.
You'llwork closely with the Digital Upskilling Lead, gain exposure to enterprise-level AI initiatives, and help turn strategy intoreal, tangible impact for employees across the organization.
Your responsibilities
As part of the Digital Upskilling team, you will:
Support the planning and coordination of digital and AI training sessions(calendars, invitations, participant lists, sessionlogistics);
Maintain and enhance SharePoint pages used for internal communication around technology, AI, and learninginitiatives;
Draftengaging internal communications such as Teams posts, emails, and announcements;
Create and update learning materials including slide decks, one-pagers, FAQs, reference guides, and short educational videos;
Track training participation, adoption metrics, and user feedback, helping us continuously improve our offerings;
Actively contribute at the intersection of technology, change management, and business enablement;
Be part of initiatives that are at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption;
This role is ideal if you enjoy making complex topics easy to understand and helping others succeed in a digital environment.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled in aBachelor's or Master'sdegree;
You have a background or strong interest in STEM or digital topics, combined with a flair for communication;
You are curious about AI, digital transformation, and change management;
You feel confident working with PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint);
Your work in a structured, reliable way and can handle multiple tasks in parallel;
You are proactive, motivated, and enjoy taking ownership;
You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
