- Workload: 80% - 100%
We are currently supporting a leading Swiss private bank in their search for a TPRM / Outsourcing Specialist to join their team in Luxembourg.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high-impact risk and outsourcing function, supporting both daily operations and strategic process improvements in a regulated banking environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Support daily operations within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) function
- Enhance and maintain data in a newly implemented TPRM system
- Improve data quality and consistency across processes
- Support the preparation of internal committees and governance forums
- Review and optimize processes, templates, and KPI/KRI frameworks
- Contribute to outsourcing strategy and exit planning
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in TPRM, outsourcing, or vendor risk management
- Background in financial services / banking
- Strong experience in process improvement or project delivery
- Good understanding of regulatory environments (DORA is a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders
