IT Key Account Manager

Your missions :
Your expertise :
- Manage the legal relationship with the clients
- Creation and negotiating of the contracts
- Answer the request for tenders with the sales and bid team
- Coordination with clients, customers and technical team to set relevant KPI's
- Identify the customers needs
- Establish and monitor the most adapted business strategies
- Drive and measure the efficiency of the delivered service
- Control of contract implementation and service provision for agreed contracts
- Master or Engineering Degree in IT
- 5 years of experience in a similar role (Key Account Manager)
- Strong command on managing KPIs and SLAs
- Strong negotiation skills (Service-level Agreement Vertrag)
- Expertise in creating and implementing service contracts in accordance with ITIL
- Experience working with contract obligations in Switzerland
- Technical understanding of Networks: LAN, WAN, MAN, Cisco routers, TCPI/IP
- Swiss citizenship, residence permit C or B
- German and English : fluent
