Talent Acquisition Systems Manager (Product Owner)
What does the role involve?
In 2019, Hilti established a Global Talent Acquisition function responsible for developing and executing a new Global Talent Acquisition Strategy which includes investment in a number technology platforms.
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & SVP HR, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team in a newly created role as the TA Systems Manager (Product Owner), responsible for managing both existing talent acquisition platforms and to take ownership for the design and roll out of new technology platforms.
Global responsibility for the design, implementation and configuration of new talent acquisition platforms e.g. talent relationship management.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition COE to design and implement the technology roadmap.
Scope process improvement opportunities for the talent acquisition function, driving consistency across multiple systems.
Work closely with our global TA platforms on system enhancements, upgrade deployment and knowledge sharing with other organizations.
Use your deep functional expertise and systems knowledge to provide expert guidance and act as an internal consultant on external best practice.
Represent Talent Acquisition as the Global Process Owner in our people experience program (Moment).
Lead the global network of internal super users on system utilization, enhancements and training.
Develop strong relationships with our Global IT function to ensure that our systems are optimized effectively and compliant with our policies and procedures.
What you need is:
You will bring a solution driven approach, having worked in a global matrixed environment. You will be able to demonstrate how you provided expert guidance in process management and system configuration (global super user / systems administrator ) on a number of Talent Acquisition platforms
Joining a small, highly motivated team, you will need to be a self-starter with willingness to take the initiative and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Having exposure to managing global transformation projects, you will understand the complexities and challenges to successfully navigate through issues and problem solve effectively
You are a strong communicator, with the ability to articulate in a clear, simple manner complex technical information to non technical stakeholders, as well as communicate effectively to the TA and broader HR community
