Teacher - 1:1 support and/or EAL
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons to Primary school students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Encourage a love of learning and cultural appreciation among students.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English, intermediate level or French a definite advantage
- Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies
- Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for education
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss national or EU passport holder) is essential
