As Head of Staff & Project Management at Orphazyme you will have the opportunity to play a key role in the Technical Operations and supporting the team in various project and activities. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders internal and external to ensure that the strategy for the Technical Operations organization is translated into tactics.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Technical Operations and act as a support function to ensure that projects, roadmaps and future trends are turned into reality. With your strong project management skills you manage and prioritze multiple complex projects at once ensuring that the team and management are well informed about progress and deadlines. Your analytical and data driven mindset gives you the ability to derive meaningful insights from data and thereby support the management in decision making.
Your main tasks are:
- Translate strategy into defined tactics, roadmaps, programs/projects, priorities and timelines, and ensure alignment to turn strategy into reality
- Create and present high quality presentations for senior executives
- Research and analyze relevant trends and activities – work with leadership to further define strategy through fact-based analysis
- Project Management and coordination of global projects within Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Quality Management
- Support Global Head of Technical Operations in a range of strategic and operational matters; prepare analyses and recommendations for executive management
You have solid experience with project management and supporting executive management with data driven analysis. You have at least 3 years of experience where analysis, project management and translating strategy into roadmaps has been the focus of your daily work. Most likely you have been working in a top tier consulting firm or as a senior project manager in a pharmaceutical/biotech company.
Your theoretical background comes from a Master’s Degree within business administration, engineering or the equivalent. Through your education and your work experience you have gained a solid understanding of how to secure a high quality and stable delivery and ongoing support to the organization.
You are a result drivenperson with an analytical mindset and you thrive in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with an entrepreneurial mindset. You possess great collaboration skills and you are comfortable in an environment with high professional standards.
