Your mission is to empower our Field Sales Force by showing a strong analytical mindset and business understanding, you’ll play a key role in driving our Route-To-Market strategy (including the definition and tracking of KBIs), aligning execution with market needs and Group methodologies. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency – creating long-term, sustainable competitive advantage in the market.

- You have completed a higher education degree or equivalent practical experience.
- You bring at least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in sales operations, business analytics, or performance management.
- You are fluent in English and either German or French.
- You have strong analytical skills and are confident working with large datasets.
- You are proficient in MS Excel and Power BI.
- You manage your time and priorities effectively, and you are comfortable working across multiple processes and stakeholders.
- You communicate clearly, and you know how to translate data into insights that matter.
- You understand sales and distribution processes, stakeholder needs, industry trends, and the importance of SLAs.
- You have a structured, data-driven mindset and a proactive, collaborative approach.
