We are looking for a skilled PMO Specialist to enable cross-functional initiatives by providing strong PMO expertise, stabilizing critical initiatives, and driving consistent project management standards.
Key Tasks:
- Support projects lead in setting up, structuring, and executing projects
- Review project charters, project plans, and risk profiles
- Monitor progress and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Step in temporarily to stabilize or steer critical projects
- Facilitate risk management and escalation processes
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project governance
- Train and coach colleagues in structured project management methodologies
- Support consistent use of PM tools (e.g., MS Project, PMI standards)
- Contribute to building a culture of professional project management
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- At least 7 years of project/program management experience
- PMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Strong track record in leading or supporting complex, international projects
- Fluent in German and English
