* Develop and deploy strategic commercial skills for our 1st line and 2nd line of Sales Management in RTG * Founding member of a new team that will play a crucial role in executing RTG's go-to-market evolution * Enhance the performance of RTG BU's by developing the commercial competencies of our people beyond clinical knowledge and strengthening the leadership skills of our talent pool, using best-in-class programs

Sales Excellence Training Manager EMEA



* Design training & developmental content that is aligned with our RTG roadmap, focusing on Manager level. Key initiatives include and not limited to: Coaching & Mentoring, Pipeline Management, Stakeholder Mapping, Account Segmentation & Planning, Business Review, Implementation follow-up metrics, ...

* Deliver our Sales Excellence curriculum to mixed senior audiences (country, BU, and/or tenure) in several formats (classroom, 1:1, eLearning, blended, TTT, pilots, ad-hoc, field rides, RTG meetings, ...)

* Pro-actively identify opportunities for process improvements and integrate into existing and new programs

* Partner with counter-part Sales Excellence Training Manager that focuses on Seller level to develop a symbiotic pathway of development initiatives for Sellers & Managers focusing on their interdependencies

* Partner with leadership team and internal stakeholders to identify development & coaching needs in RTG

* Partner with external stakeholders to identify cost-efficient ways to improve our deployment and NPS score

* Drive consistent adoption of our Manager KSE's (RTG competency framework) and QSER (executive process for sales performance & behaviour review) terminology by leading by example and seeking success stories

* Identify key talents within MDT and create in first year a network of internal champions and ambassadors

* Catalyse the adoption of selected tools that support our audiences before, during and after their training

* Attend local/EMEA commercial events, leadership meetings, trainings, etc. to support achieve team goals

* Support the RTG leadership team in translating their key strategies into trainable tactics

* Collect and provide feedback to the RTG leadership team that will support future decisions

* Deliver ROI of key training & development investments by breathing KPIs and inspiring others

* Grow to become a RTG contact point on topics such as benchmarking, gap analysis and measuring impact

Ihr Profil:


* Degree in Business, Healthcare or Engineering sciences (MSc / MBA preferred)

* Sales and/or Sales Management experience with proven track record (+5 years)

* Proven experience in developing people and/or managing teams (+3 years)

* Knowledge of the RTG portfolio & therapies and how they fit today's Healthcare opportunities & threats

* Sales skills, coaching and/or sales management training certification (delivery experience preferred) (examples: SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman, Situational Leadership, be-spoke programs, ...)

* Deep understanding of complex decision-making processes in Hospitals and ability to negotiate and influence it through both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders

* Strong presentation & large group facilitation skills gained by delivering events that achieved a clear ROI * Content-design skills that range from editing existing content to creating blended novel ones

* Strong communication & interpersonal skills to succeed in internal matrix consensus-building

* Metric mindset, speaks KPIs, assesses needs, tracks performance and reports-out to others

* Engrained habit of working with CRM tools to monitor the business and drive opportunities

* Entrepreneurial spirit, goes the extra mile for the team and passion in challenging the status-quo and setting new helpful benchmarks despite facing initial resistance from multiple fronts

* Change management experience with proven track record on high levels of adaptability

* Have experienced painful professional experiences regarding tool adoption, identify why & what was learnt

* Able to articulate value propositions to drive adoption of new processes & tools to skeptical audiences

* Creative outlook that spots when it's best not to re-invent the wheel and when we need a new one

* Project management experience without direct reports and influencing without authority

* Obsessed with execution & meeting targets while being able to communicate clearly potential setbacks

* Ability to seek information from appropriate sources to clarify an ambiguous situation and use skillful questioning to draw out the information, when others are reluctant to disclose it

* Strong executive presence and influencing skills with recognition from peers

Wir bieten:

Fluent in English (written/spoken) and minimum of +1 EU language (preferred: German, French and Italian)

* High competency with Office tools/iPad/iPhone/IT systems; additional digital experience is a strong plus

* Willingness to travel up to 50% and sense of pleasure in having different countries as an office

* Worked in an international environment, with a matrix org chart and remote teams (+1 year)

* Comfort around Higher Management and ability to perform under challenging timelines

* Ethical mindset and accountable for personal actions, project activities and self/team deliverables
