On behalf of our client, a leading and well-established European asset manager specializing in sustainable, long-term investments, we are seeking an experienced and committed HR professional to join the team as an HR Service Manager. In this role, you will support employees and managers throughout the entire employee life cycle and play an active part in continuously improving HR processes.
For the motivated HR team, we are looking for a hands-on, pragmatic, and proactive personality to join with immediate effect or by mutual agreement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, fostering a trusted and professional environment
- Coordinate, manage, and further develop core HR processes, including advising on HR policies, benefits, and employment conditions, and handling related escalations
- Take full ownership of HR administration across the employee life cycle, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, and exit documentation for multiple European countries
- Maintain and ensure high data quality within the HR system (e.g. Workday), including the administration of absences
- Conduct regular data quality checks and analyses related to absences and working hours, and prepare reports and presentations for management and relevant committees
- Administer employee benefits in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and support employees with benefit-related questions and access
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in HR Operations or HR Services, ideally in an international environment
- Commercial or business-related education, complemented by a recognized HR qualification (e.g. Swiss HR Certificate or equivalent)
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday is a strong advantage
- Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus
- A structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style with a strong focus on quality, discretion, and organization
- High level of reliability and professionalism, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization
- A team-oriented mindset combined with strong initiative and a positive, can-do attitude
