To further strengthen our operative marketing, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager for Europe and Americas. In this role, reporting to Chief Marketing Officer, you will turn global strategy into locally relevant actions that drive measurable business growth. You will plan and execute marketing activities across the full mix, campaigns, content, exhibitions, and digital initiatives, ensuring they resonate with local customers while maintaining brand consistency. Your focus will be on generating demand, supporting customer acquisition and retention, and delivering impactful communication. Acting as a key link between sales, service, product marketing, and distribution partners, you will lead local lead generation, manage events and digital presence, and keep activities on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role with strategic influence, enabling strong customer engagement and growth across Europe and export markets.
Your Mission
- Develop and implement country-level marketing strategies aligned with global brand direction.
- Plan and execute marketing activities across the full mix (campaigns, content, digital, PR, events).
- Drive local lead generation and demand creation to support sales pipeline growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across all local assets and channels.
- Create and manage marketing materials and customer publications.
- Organize and enhance national trade fairs, exhibitions, and events; support international exhibitions.
- Manage digital presence and content for local websites and social media.
- Coordinate merchandising and promotional materials, including webshop maintenance.
- Act as key interface with internal sales and service teams and distribution partners, voicing local market needs.
- Monitor budget adherence and participate in divisional projects and strategy reviews.
Your Expertise
- Education: Degree or professional qualification in marketing, or a related field
- Experience: 7–10 years in B2B marketing and communications, ideally with multi-country equipment industry European/export exposure; proven success in demand generation and event leadership.
- Skills: Strategic planning and execution, content creation, digital marketing, project management and budget control.
- Stakeholder management: Confident communicator and collaborator with internal and external partners
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM (Dynamics 365), marketing automation, analytics and CMS platforms.
- Languages: Fluent English and German required; additional European languages (e.g. French, Spanish) highly advantageous.
