In this role, you will support the Local Commercial Manager and Sales Team to drive business performance, provide commercial advice to operations stakeholders, and contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and process improvements.
You will also manage bid proposals, prepare quotations, monitor accounts receivables, and act as deputy for the global Commercial Manager when required.
Reporting is directly to the Global Division Controller & Commercial Manager, with close collaboration with the local Commercial Manager (in CH and Asia), Sales Team, Operations stakeholders, and Order Processing Team.
This is a two-year fixed-term position at 50% pensum.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the bid proposal process, including updating commercial terms, coordinating risk reviews with Controlling, and ensuring a smooth handover to order processing
