Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in the organization.
Support the Leadership Team in various administrative tasks: organize meetings and team events, travel arrangements, expenses, etc.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Organize events and internal meetings.
Perform diverse advanced secretarial and administrative duties independently.
Be the point of contract for daily operations in the office, including the relationship with outside vendors.
Manage the office supplies orders.
Support IQVIA employees from abroad with travel arrangements
Ensure the administration of new starters and leavers.
Secure and maintain a high service culture and customer satisfaction.
Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent diploma.
Minimum three years of work experience in a similar role, preferably acquired in an international environment.
Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Fluent in English and German (spoken & written), any additional language is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrate discretion, initiative and a proactive approach.
Self-motivated and fully independent individual with an accurate work style.
Team player, committed and reliable personality with a hands-on attitude.
Ability to work under pressure.
Sense of responsibility and ability to multi-task.
