Lab Associate for Cellular & Biomarker Analytics
As a Lab Associate for Cellular & Biomarker Analytics, you will join a specialized bioanalytics team supporting preclinical and clinical drug development. The Lab Associate for Cellular & Biomarker Analytics is responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing cellular, functional, and soluble biomarker assays under GxP-regulated conditions.
In this role, the Lab Associate for Cellular & Biomarker Analytics combines hands-on laboratory work with scientific analysis, method troubleshooting, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external CRO partners. The Lab Associate for Cellular & Biomarker Analytics contributes directly to the generation of robust, high-quality biomarker data that supports critical drug development decisions.
AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG- Development, optimization, and transfer of cellular, functional, and ligand-binding biomarker assays (e.g. Flow Cytometry, ELISA, MSD, Simoa)
- Independent execution, analysis, and interpretation of experiments in compliance with GxP requirements
- Support of method transfer and technical troubleshooting with external CRO partners
- Preparation of scientific documentation, reports, and presentations
- Active contribution to innovation, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL- Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of industry or CRO experience in biomarker assay development
- Hands-on expertise in cellular and functional assays (Flow Cytometry, pFlow, ELISpot/FluoroSpot, HTRF)
- Experience with ligand-binding assays (ELISA, MSD, Simoa, ELLA, Elecsys)
- Solid understanding of GxP regulations and regulated bioanalytical environments
