We are looking for you as our new Global Senior Marketing Manager Value Added Services (VAS) (m/f)

In this exciting role you driving the successful marketing of key value added services at Straumann. You are responsible for the full process - from identifying and evaluating new value added service opportunities to developing and commercializing the concepts afterwards. This includes the elaboration of the marketing concept, coordination of all relevant stakeholders in the global marketing organization and a flawless execution of the initiative throughout the whole organization.

Moreover, the Marketing Manager VAS supports key marketing initiatives such as franchise overarching solutions. In these projects, he/she collaborates closely with the Customer Solutions Managers to elaborate the concept for solutions specific services and ensure implementation.

Global Senior Marketing Manager Value Added Services (m/f)

Owner of the VAS portfolio: Attract and retain various customer segments,
including specialists, GPs, dental technicians with programs designed to match
their specific professional needs
Develop and deliver the long-term value added services roadmap to increase the
efficiency and competitiveness of the dental practice
Address the customer generation transition and drive Straumann programs in
collaboration with external partners to target young professionals, retiring
dentist as well as dental laboratories
Develop and deploy programs targeted at mobilizing patients to help dental
professionals grow their practice. This includes direct to patient
communication to raise awareness for dental implants as a treatment option,
generate leads and increase treatment acceptance rate
Develop Sales and Marketing plan (objectives, segmentation, targeting,
positioning, promotional and education activities, material needed, pricing
concept)
Lead the Launch Process and ensure high launch quality, i.e. leads launch
teams, defines messaging and launch campaign and deliver sales support,
training and marketing material (e.g. marketing flyer, ads)
Drive commercialization, monitor performance versus planned financial impact
and define counter measures if applicable
Is 'gate keeper' for assigned KOLs, manages relationship, evaluates ROLs for
potential to be Raising Stars for KOLs Creative Marketing professional, ideally experienced in global and regional
roles. Excellent commercial/ business understanding is a must, sales experience
is a plus
Academic background with commercial or equivalent degree combined with several
years of experience in an international corporate environment with a matrix
organization
Strong Presenter and Communicator with an open personality with strong
communication and presentation skills
Operational and project management skills with a focus on execution and delivery
Good team worker paired with a strong sense of accountability
Passionate, straight-forward and performance-driven individual with
entrepreneurial spirit and strong execution abilities Ability to take ownership for your portfolio and develop unique solutions
