You shape and manage the overall newsflow at Bühler, together with a team of content responsible. You find and write stories, with a focus on internal communications and media.
You manage the internal communications newsflow, together with Intranet Community Manager and are responsible for managing and developing the relevant channels: internal newsletters, global news, CEO blog, leadership messages.
You actively foster our relations with the media and create press clippings for the Board of Directors. You manage the journalist database, coordinate and write media releases, and organize media events.
You are responsible for the communication workstream for internal and external projects and events, develop concepts and implement these, eg internal documents and campaigns, the Bühler Networking Days or the Innovation Challenge campaign.
You provide technical support for our communication platforms (Medianet, Brandnet, etc).
You have several years of experience in internal and external communications.
You have a bachelor or master degree in communications or a related field.
You are passionate about the newsflow and storytelling.
You are a strong and passionate writer.
You are a hands-on project manager.
You understand the mechanisms and opportunities of internal communications and media work.
You are not afraid of tough deadlines and go the extra mile.
You are a German-native speaker with very good English skills (or vice versa).
