In this role you will be responsible to define, implement & manage the technology strategy, products and projects for La Prairie’s supply chain processes.
How you will create a beautiful impact:
IT Business Partner for Supply Chain stakeholders globally and in the regions/affiliates
Manage / develop a team of four internals and manage dedicated external consultants
Build and implement the business case for organisation and technology investments driving business value in their scope
Demand management, prioritization and project/roadmap planning with our business, IT peers and vendors
Define an IT architecture / ecosystem enabling efficient and effective implementation of current and future needs of the Supply Chain
Partner with Beiersdorf parent company on planning and implementing the future SAP S/4HANA solution and operating model (as well as other areas of synergy)
Select and implement suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
Provide expertise for internal users and stakeholders on LPG Supply Chain solutions, architecture and process design
Collaborate across the LPG IT organization, our business, parent company IT and vendors/partners to ensure end to end value is achieved:
Align with the IT operating model and sustainability strategy
Benchmark and introduce best practices
Focus on change management, training, adoption and user satisfaction
Ensure solutions adhere to LPG IT security and data privacy guidelines
Own cross-functional IT & change programs as required
Define future enhancements, design, customize, configure and test these – creating an efficient environment to support business needs and company strategy
Monitor changes or advancements in related technology to discover ways the company can gain competitive advantage
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:
University Degree / relevant working experience
IT Management (3+ years)
Knowledge of SAP PP, MM, SD, LE modules; PM, QM modules also desirable
Good integration knowledge and functionalities integrated with FI-CO
Other Relevant Technology Experience (preferred): OMP, SAP Query, SpecRight,Cosmetri, SmartSolve, Covalo, UiPath, Abacus, Admia, Mobit, AZO
SAP S/4HANA (incl. Best Practices) and implementation experience (preferred)
IT Business Partnership and Stakeholder Management
Analytical and concept design capabilities; hands-on and consultant mentality, Vendor Management, Change Management
Proven track of record in international consumer goods environment
English business fluency
Travel: 0 – 20%
