To strengthen our Engineering team, we are looking for a committed and experienced leader to join us as EI&C Team Lead (m/f/d). In this key role, you will contribute your technical expertise, team spirit, and passion for innovation to ensure the reliability, optimization, and continuous development of our electrical, measurement, and control systems in a GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical production environment.
You will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team, actively shaping technical processes, and playing a vital role in maintaining regulatory compliance and improving equipment availability and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical and personnel management and coordination of the assigned EI&C maintenance teams. Ensuring the daily response time.
Economical, technical and timely execution and qualification of the assigned EMR work for maintenance, servicing, conversions and flat-rate loans.
Shared responsibility for the operational management, safety, availability, optimisation, quality, budgeting and reporting of the assigned systems
Ensuring compliance with technical guidelines and legal requirements (e.g. GMP, ATEX, SVTI, Machinery Directive, internal SOPs).
Preparing, presenting and defending EI&C requests during inspections and audits while respecting the interests of Lonza AG.
Key Requirements:
Equivalent experience in Electrical or System Engineering or a related field, including University Degree or equivalent experience, or vocational education (EFZ, FH, HF, BSc.)
You have good to very good knowledge of working with Emerson DeltaV, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and within a GMP-regulated environment in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
