Position
The successful candidate will help create clear, strategic trade education and communication programs that raise awareness and support the sales of our products. He/She will also assist in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and helping key accounts, distributors, and independent retailers achieve commercial success.
Responsibilities
As the Marketing Activation Associate, you will…
- Help create and manage trade materials for new and existing products across all retail channels
- Support the development of a consistent and clear tone of voice for retailer communications
- Assist in training Business Consultants (BCs) and help maintain the BC Toolkit so the sales team is equipped with the right resources to support retailers
- Contribute to programs that strengthen retailer relationships and build brand advocacy
- Support the implementation of a multi-category approach in communications with retailers and through engagement programs
Requirements
- University business degree or equivalent educational background in Marketing
- First experience in Marketing or Sales roles, experience in FMCG is a plus
- Fluent in German & English, good command of French is a plus
- Knowledge of MS365, SAP/Power are an advantage
