As part of our international Operations team, you will support the Performance Manager in various tasks related to financial and performance reporting. Your main responsibility will be the reliable preparation, maintenance, and analysis of data, as well as communication with our international subsidiaries.
What are we looking for?
Job Responsibilities
- Reviewing and processing warehouse and transport invoices
- Booking and approving invoices in the SAP xFlow system
- Maintaining and filling Excel templates with correct assignments (internal orders, general ledger accounts, etc.)
- Uploading and maintaining data in our Access database according to Excel overviews
- Coordination with the International Trade, Transport, and Warehouse Management departments (e.g. for intercompany invoices)
- Reconciling costs booked in SAP with the Access database
- Creating monthly reports, including plausibility checks
- Sending and tracking reports to our international locations
- Maintaining master data in the Access database (e.g., prices, new segments)
? No in-depth Access knowledge required – just basic use - Supporting projects in reporting and visualization
? Opportunity to participate in modern BI solutions like Qlik Sense (ideal for tech-savvy candidates interested in data visualization and programming)
Your Profile
- Initial experience with SAP, Excel, and databases is desirable
- Structured and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of numbers, data, and analytical thinking
- Interest in digital tools and reporting systems
- Good communication skills (English and ideally German B2 level)
- Initiative and willingness to learn
