We are looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead our store operations and team to success!

Your Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations and manage the shift team, ensuring the highest standards of customer service at all times.
- Embody and promote a strong service-oriented mindset, setting the tone for exceptional customer experiences.
- Proactively plan and implement measures to maintain and improve operational excellence (e.g., cleanliness, stock management, merchandising).
- Monitor, control, and continuously enhance store standards.
- Align your team with business objectives, clearly communicate goals, and provide guidance and coaching to achieve them.
- Lead, motivate, and support the professional development of your team members.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in retail; experience in Perfume & Cosmetics is a strong plus.
- You are fluent in German and English
- Proven leadership experience and skills with the ability to build, lead, and inspire effective teams
- A true service mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in line with the Avolta Service culture.
- Good understanding of travel retail concepts and solid knowledge of the retail business environment.
- High ethical standards and a strong sense of integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in basic software applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- You are comfortable working in a shift-based environment, with early shifts starting at 5:00 AM and late shifts ending at 11:30 PM.
