Key Responsibilities
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning, reviewing, and filing.
• Oversee correspondence and communication with clients and counterparties.
• Maintain and organize filing and document management systems.
• Schedule and book meetings, events, and appointments.
• Handle calendar and agenda management for team members.
• Perform personal assistant duties to founder.
Candidate Profile
Languages:
• Proficiency in English (C1 or better) and French (C1 or better) is mandatory.
• German is a valuable plus but not required.
Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience as a secretary, administrative assistant or personal assistant.
• Proven ability to handle formal communication with fiscal or other authorities.
Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Teams.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Employment Details
• Full-time employment: 40 hours per week.
• Standard 3-month trial period followed by an open-ended contract (CDI).
• Work location: Fully remote, but should come into our office (Chemin des Coquelicots 16) twice a week for mail check-up, organization and scanning.
