As the Business Information Manager, you will design and perform sales and market performance analysis, seek business opportunities, translate market and financial data into business insights and provide recommendations to GM and the Line of Business.
You will develop and maintain leading edge tools and systems for the provision of management, sales & marketing information in line with the needs of the business, to support business decisions and to ensure the continuous improvement in all business-related processes.
In order to support the business, you will develop periodical market trackers, ad hoc analyses, business cases, and support the launch of new products.
You will lead the budgeting and reporting process and content together with the Director Finance & Operations, ensuring transparent processes and timely, high-quality reporting.
Additionally, you will act as a support and expert function for all departments for all finance-related topics, providing general coaching and training to the organisation.
- You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration or a Finance Related subject.
- Fluency in German and English, French is a plus.
- You bring a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
- You have a proven track record in market analysis, budget processes, financial analysis, accounting and reporting.
- You possess strong analytical skills, are proactive and have a sound knowledge of business analytics.
- You bring good cross-functional knowledge of sales, finance, marketing, business development and market access.
- You bring strong technical affinity with MS Excel, MS Access, SAP, BI software and other data management tools.
