How you can make a difference:
We are seeking support for our Product Management team in the development of a new key development project. In this versatile position, you will work closely with our Senior Product Managers as part of a cross-functional team, with the opportunity to help shaping the future of our portfolio.
Your responsibilities:
Support the lead Product Manager with new key development project
Act as a member within a multidisciplinary team in the development of new and complex products and features and in the management throughout the entire life cycle.
Contribute to customer research, interviews, and validation of product concepts with international prospects and stakeholders
Document customer problems and contribute in develop clear and precise product requirements for review by senior product managers and management.
Support the senior team members with the documentation efforts within the creation of product visions and/or strategies for products and market segments
Organization and administration of meetings and supporting with the creation of presentations, timelines and status reports
Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards throughout the innovation process
That's what you bring along:
Background in Engineering, Economics, Life Sciences or related fields (Bachelor's or Master's)
Initial experience in Product or Project Management, ideally in the medical device industry
Strong analytical skills and fast comprehension of complex topics
Structured, independent, and proactive working style
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Fluent in English and German
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with PM tools preferred
Familiarity with UX, human factors, or industrial design is a plus
Knowledge of mechanical ventilation and/or medical device regulations is a plus
The position requires up to 20% of travel time (internationally).
