Job Description
The Legal team is seeking a Student Support to assist the Transfer Pricing Specialist with various tasks and provide exposure to cross-border transactions and operational structures within the asset management sector.
This student position offers a flexible schedule during the academic term, with an expected commitment of approximately two to three days per week, with the possibility to work full-time during academic breaks. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for a minimum of 18 months, ideally for several years during their studies.
In this role you will support with the following tasks:
Assist in the drafting, amendment and management of intercompany agreements, from initial drafting through to finalization;
Collect and gather relevant information from stakeholders to maintain accurate database and reports;
Provide support for the preparation and maintenance of internal transfer pricing policies;
Prepare and coordinate transfer pricing documentation and reports for both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., global transfer pricing documentation);
Support in preparing benchmarking analyses (e.g., extracting financial data, screening databases, summarizing results);
Contribute to project management activities by coordinating deliverables and tracking timelines;
Contribute to ad-hoc projects relevant to the asset management industry.
Requirements
Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Economics, and Law.
Relevant prior work experience is highly valued.Proficient language skills in English and good level of German is expected;
Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word;
Dedicated team player with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced working environment;
Demonstrates keen attention to detail, maintains a strong commitment to service excellence, and consistently takes initiative as a proactive team member.
