About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern / Entry-Level Office & Operations Assistant.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with data, supporting smooth daily operations, and contributing to a positive office environment. You will play an important part in coordinating office logistics, assisting with small operational projects, and supporting data-related tasks.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Office & Operations Support
- Manage daily office tasks (supplies, inventories, upkeep).
- Coordinate with building management, contractors, and handymen when needed.
- Support office sustainability initiatives (recycling, organisation of common areas).
- Assist with small ad hoc office tasks (coffee/lunch runs, preparing spaces for meetings, etc.).
Event & Meeting Coordination
- Help organise events, meetings, and company activities.
- Assist with logistics such as room setup, materials preparation, catering, and attendee coordination.
Data & Administration
- Collect and organise data in Excel and other tools.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with the preparation of basic reports or internal documents.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks for the operations and management team.
- Liaise professionally with internal teams and external vendors.
Competences:
Requirements
- Recently completed or currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, basic pivot tables, simple visualisation).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- German is a must; Swiss German is a strong advantage.
- On-site presence required.
