About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of hospitality.
More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:
- Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards at all times
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and present dishes to perfection
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following food safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Contribute ideas for new menu items and improvements
The skills we are looking for are:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
