Description
The FIFA Museum celebrates and safeguards football heritage and culture to share the magic of the game with the entire world. With exceptional exhibitions, unique original objects, fascinating stories, multimedia and interactive experiences as well as thought-provoking cultural and educational programs, the home of football history is a lively and passionate platform for fans and visitors to meet, connect and engage with each other.
We are looking for a Manager Commercial Projects 80% with immediate effect or by arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of international commercial initiatives, with a focus on licensing- and sponsorship-driven projects
- Coordinate commercial projects end to end, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and resources
- Manage project objectives, risks, budgets, and milestones to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery
- Prepare, maintain, and organize project documentation, status reports, and presentations
- Ensure close alignment and collaboration across internal teams (Core, Engagement & Events, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.)
- Act as a key point of contact for external vendors, partners, and project stakeholders
- Prepare briefings, rollout plans, schedules, and logistics for international initiatives
- Support research activities and lead generation within the department
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange across the team
- Provide operational support to the Team Leader International Business and the Senior Manager Licensing & Commercial Partnerships
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in project management and the coordination of cross-functional teams
- Previous experience within a sports organization or cultural institution is highly desirable
- Proven experience working on international projects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear and structured documentation
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); knowledge of additional FIFA languages, such as French or Spanish, is considered a strong asset
