Senior QA Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for a new team member…

This position is responsible for all quality-related routine and non-routine tasks, carried out in collaboration with Maintenance & Utilities, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Internal Transport teams. Responsibilities also include qualification activities within Opex projects and ongoing requalification efforts.

The focus is to ensure operational compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards, thereby maintaining the quality of services provided.

Key duties include reviewing and approving complex GxP documents, as well as supporting and approving risk assessments, deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.

The role also entails leading cross-functional and global projects, and serving as a subject matter expert during audits and inspections.

Collaboration with international QA units is also part of the scope.

Your Profile

• Master’s or graduate-level university degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent)
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating independent work and self-driven learning ability
• Ability to mentor and coach colleagues within area of expertise
• Strong networking skills across departments to enable efficient collaboration
• Ability to communicate technical matters clearly, concisely, and precisely
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills
• Fluency in German is mandatory
