Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and events
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for employees
- Act as the superuser for our timekeeping system, ensuring accurate and timely entries
- Oversee the company car fleet, including scheduling and maintenance coordination
- Support employees with travel expense submissions and queries
- Assist in project coordination and contribute to cross-functional activities
- Serve as the primary contact for internal departments and external partners
- Act as a reliable and resourceful Team Assistant, supporting daily operations
Your Profile
- Completed commercial education (KV or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within a multicultural setting
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and schedule interviews
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written)
- 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
- Flexible, diligent, and able to adapt to diverse tasks and challenges
Temporary assignment - duration 2 years with an immediate start.
