Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, workshops, and events
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for employees
  • Act as the superuser for our timekeeping system, ensuring accurate and timely entries
  • Oversee the company car fleet, including scheduling and maintenance coordination
  • Support employees with travel expense submissions and queries
  • Assist in project coordination and contribute to cross-functional activities
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal departments and external partners
  • Act as a reliable and resourceful Team Assistant, supporting daily operations

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial education (KV or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within a multicultural setting
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and schedule interviews
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent in both English and German (spoken and written)
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Flexible, diligent, and able to adapt to diverse tasks and challenges

Temporary assignment - duration 2 years with an immediate start.
