The Position:

We are seeking a Health & Physical Education teacher for our secondary school. The ideal candidate will be flexible and excited to cooperate with a secondary department (grades 6 - 12) of dynamic, professional Physical Education teachers to plan, deliver, and assess student-centered, concept driven curriculum, promoting skills development, health, and personal development in a diverse international school setting. 

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years experience, ideally at an international school
• Teaching qualifications, including specialism
• Experience teaching Health curriculum is desirable
• Understanding of, and experience with an inquiry based pedagogical approach 
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth, of yourself and colleagues
• Ability to differentiate for diverse learning needs
• Ability to engage & inspire students to develop a lifelong commitment to physical activity
• A commitment to relationship building with students and colleagues
• A commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• A commitment to involvement in coaching competitive school teams and in our advisory program
