Solutions Analyst - AI Center of Excellence

Join us to translate enterprise strategy into firm wide AI solutions with a low-code/no-code vibe that deliver measurable business value. Your contribution to KPMG

AI Solution Design & Delivery:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of AI-powered solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Gemini Enterprise, Power Platform).
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant AI automations and conversational agents.
• Prototype and iterate on solutions, leveraging platform-native features such as agent flows, deep reasoning, and integration with enterprise data sources.

Platform Enablement & Best Practices:

• Guide teams in selecting the right platform (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, etc.) for each use case, balancing complexity, scalability, and governance needs.
• Develop and maintain best practices for agent lifecycle management, including versioning, monitoring, and ownership transfer.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to identify automation opportunities and drive adoption of AI agents and workflows.
• Facilitate training and upskilling sessions to empower business users and citizen developers.

Governance & Responsible AI:

• Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise standards for data privacy, security, and responsible AI.
• Champion compliance with platform-specific licensing, sharing, and retention policies.

This is what makes you successful

• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions on low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, or similar).
• Strong understanding of AI agent concepts, conversational design, and integration with enterprise data and workflows.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into practical, user-friendly automations and AI agents.
• Familiarity with platform governance, compliance, and lifecycle management (including licensing, sharing, and retention).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of driving adoption and change.
• Experience in agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.
• Commitment to responsible AI practices and continuous learning in a fast-evolving technology landscape.
