Airspace Management Expert (80-100%)

Location: Dübendorf 
When: 01.11.2025 or upon availability 

Your mission:

In this role, you will be responsible for Airspace Management (ASM) in compliance with international and national regulatory standards to ensure flexible use of airspace and customer needs.

Your tasks:
  • Manage and coordinate airspace reservation requests from civil and military airspace users
  • Ensure airspace management, route management and special use airspace management and customer needs
  • Participate in international and national committees to ensure regulatory standards for flexible use of airspace
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the Airspace Management (ASM) and Airspace Management Cell (AMC) to ensure the highest standards in quality, compliance, efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work in an operational environment, with internal, customers, stakeholders and regulators
What we are looking for:
  • High school diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in the field of Aviation; Airspace Management (ASM) or Air Traffic Management (ATM)
  • An understanding of ICAO, Eurocontrol, Swiss and European legislation governing the aviation sector are an asset
  • Initiative: You proactively develop new methods and solutions, identify challenges, initiate necessary changes, and offer help to others when needed
  • Building relationship: You express gratitude and appreciation, respect personal boundaries, and invest time in genuinely caring for others and maintaining your network
  • Fluency in German and English (C1), very good French (B1) is an asset
