CNS Civil and Military Regulatory Governance Manager (80-100%)
Location: Wangen b. Düb. &/or Geneva

As an CNS Civil and Military Regulatory Governance Manager within Skyguide's CNS (Communication, Navigation and Surveillance) Services, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our governance frameworks to ensure adherence to applicable CNS regulations across civil and military activities at national and international levels. You will play a critical role in aligning CNS Services with the requirements of the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA), the Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM), the Military Aviation Authority (MAA) and the relevant international regulation organizations (e.g. ICAO, EASA).
- Ensure CNS regulatory compliance by developing and maintaining internal governance frameworks, and translating regulatory requirements into practical, efficient and harmonized solutions for civil, military, and international CNS service units
- Serve as the key liaison for compliance, maintaining alignment with internal units, national authorities, and external CNS partners to ensure consistent application of regulatory requirements across all technical and operational processes
- Ensure regulatory compliance by supporting audits, designing and implementing corrective actions, advising project and operational teams, and driving continuous improvement through performance monitoring
- Manage governance-related CNS documentation to ensure regulatory compliance, overseeing quality, version control, and stakeholder validation throughout the document lifecycle
- Foster a culture of compliance and quality within CNS by organizing targeted training and awareness initiatives on regulatory updates and governance impacts
- Degree in Aviation Management, CNS engineering or a related engineering field
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the air navigation services or aviation industry such as ICAO/EASA/FOCA and MAA
- Sound knowledge with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) in a technical environment
- Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyse problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
- Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions
- Willingness to travel weekly to the other main office, either in Geneva or Dübendorf
- Proficient in English written and orally, good command in German and/or French, Swiss German is an asset
