In this key role, you'll be the go-to expert for market regulations, ensuring that internal processes and policies remain aligned with the latest regulatory standards. If you're ready to work at the intersection of energy, finance, and regulation — and contribute to a sustainable future — we'd love to hear from you.

Your main responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with financial and energy market regulations by developing and maintaining internal policies and guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries from authorities, exchanges, and TSOs.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance within the Trading division; advise management and teams on regulatory matters.
  • Prepare compliance reporting, including risk analyses, memos, and updates for senior management.
  • Track regulatory developments (Switzerland & EU) and implement necessary compliance measures.
  • Support market surveillance and internal investigations.
  • Conduct compliance training and ensure up-to-date documentation.
  • Represent the company in external working groups (e.g. EFET) and industry events.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or Business Economics; compliance or regulatory certifications are a plus.
  • At least 7 years of experience in trade compliance within the energy or financial services sector.
  • Deep knowledge of Swiss and European energy and financial market regulation.
  • Strong experience in regulatory reporting and market surveillance.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French are a plus.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office and compliance documentation.
  • A collaborative mindset and experience in multicultural environments are advantageous.
