HR Business Partner/ People Touchpoint Schwitzerland f/m/d
Our common goal
In this exciting position, you will be an important part of our global Group People & Organization team which is mainly based at the headquarter in Switzerland as well as in Germany. As the People Touchpoint Switzerland, you are the first point of contact for employees and leaders. You act as the account manager for our People Services and decide what expertise is needed to provide the best possible People Service.

What you can expect
- Being a strategic partner for our Leaders in Switzerland and advising them on personnel-related issues – always in a professional, practical and solution-oriented manner
- Being approachable and close to people in order to sense and understand their needs and issues, and draw conclusions for our people work
- Working closely with our People Consultants, who will support your work with their expertise in specialist areas
- Acting also as a People Consultant and perform operative people tasks
- Collaborate with our global Talent Acquisition Team to bring in top talents
- Supporting talent management, personnel development and succession planning

You can convince with this
- University degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or a completed commercial training with additional qualification as an HR specialist
- Extensive experience in both operational and strategic People work – ideally in a role as an People/HR Business Partner
- Strong communication skills and empathy, enabling you to collaborate effectively and build trust with employees and leaders at all levels
- A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for shaping and implementing our People strategies and programs
- Business fluency in written and spoken German and English is required
- High degree of diligence, reliability and discretion
