• Provide professional and personalized advice to customers regarding our range of BAIC vehicles.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to final purchase.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Passion for automobiles and a solid understanding of the automotive industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in German; additional language skills (e.g., French or Italian) are a plus.
• Valid Swiss driving license (Category B).
