🎯 Your Mission:

Reporting to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in the ecological transformation of our operation. Your main mission will be to lead and implement our agroecological transition project around three major areas:

- Organic Certification: Manage the entire process of conversion and organic certification for our rose fields (application, compliance, relationship with the certifying body, traceability).
- Water Management: Diagnose, design, and deploy a highly efficient irrigation system aiming for a reduction of at least 60% of our current water usage (e.g., precision drip systems, rainwater harvesting, soil moisture sensors).

- Low-Tech Innovation: Research, develop, and implement low-tech solutions to optimize rose health, control pests, and improve growing conditions (passive solar greenhouses, innovative mulching, biofertilizers, etc.).

 👨‍🔬👩‍🔬 Your Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the organic cultivation of roses (planting, pruning, natural fertilization, care).
- Establish and oversee the water management plan and irrigation schedule.
- Experiment and validate the effectiveness of adapted low-tech techniques and devices for rose cultivation.
- Train and sensitize to new organic and resource-efficient practices.
- Maintain technical and regulatory monitoring on organic horticulture and sustainable resource management.
