Performance Marketing & Growth Lead (Full Funnel & Product Integration, Zürich On-Site)

IR Suite AG is building the operating system for modern investor relations. We enable publicly listed companies to identify, acquire, and engage investors at scale through a unified platform that combines data intelligence, communication, and marketing automation.

We are early, fast-moving, and focused on building a scalable growth engine alongside a high-quality product. Our ambition is to become the operating system for IR teams globally.

To get there, we are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & Growth Lead who has built and scaled real acquisition funnels, not just managed campaigns, and wants to take full ownership of growth.

This is not a coordination role. You will execute, test, optimize, and build - across campaigns, funnel, tracking, and product integrations.

This is a 100% on-site role in Zürich. We do not offer remote or hybrid setups.

Your responsibilities

Own and scale our growth engine

  • Own the full acquisition funnel from first touch to onboarding
  • Define, execute, and continuously refine our digital GTM strategy
  • Manage key metrics including CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline growth

Execute and optimize performance marketing

  • Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Test and optimize audiences, creatives, and messaging
  • Allocate and manage budgets based on performance and ROI

Drive funnel and conversion optimization

  • Optimize landing pages, signup flows, and onboarding journeys
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Run structured experiments to drive continuous growth

Own tracking, attribution, and data quality

  • Set up and manage tracking (pixels, events, conversion tracking)
  • Define and improve attribution models across channels
  • Ensure clean, consistent, and reliable data for decision-making

Work on product and integrations (key differentiator)

  • Collaborate with engineering on ad platform integrations (Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn)
  • Help define campaign structures, data models, and tracking logic
  • Contribute to building the IR Suite Signal Intelligence Engine
Your profile

Hands-on performance marketing experience

  • Several years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment
  • Proven track record of building and scaling paid acquisition campaigns
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads, LinkedIn

Strong understanding of tracking and data

  • Solid experience with tracking, attribution, and analytics
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking
  • Comfortable working with data to make decisions and optimize performance

Product and technical affinity

  • Comfortable working closely with product and engineering teams
  • Ability to understand technical concepts such as APIs, data flows, and tracking logic
  • Interest in building systems, not just managing campaigns

Execution mindset and ownership

  • Highly analytical and structured thinker
  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven working style
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Communication and mindset

  • Clear communicator, able to work across marketing, product, and engineering
  • Curious, fast-learning, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Fluent English, spoken and written; German is a plus
